hi I'm looking for a tool that you can use to sand blast art in glass yet it will remove rust and paint on tv

I saw this tool quite a while back on tv but at the time I was living in an apartment and didn't want one.Now I'm in a house and it sure would come in handy.Thank you

1. Any sandblaster will do this if you use the right blast medium.
