How to make a drying rack for kids craft projects?

I would like to make my own drying rack for my kids projects, but I am not sure were to start. How can I make a drying rack for kids craft projects?

1. First have a look in some discount stores to see if there is something that you can improvise with, e.g. a clothing airer. I have a really tall clothes airer that stands upright and has 3 levels of racks on each of two sides. You can have all the racks on both sides, some on one and only the top on the other or whatever combination you want. The racks are great because you can hang things on them (well, they were designed for laundry) but the rungs on the rack are close enough to place things on top of them too.
2. You use old window screens and cinder blocks for layering and make them stack as high as you want....
