Would you spend $10 for 1 hour of free time while your kids made crafts?

Once a week, would you pay $10 for your kids to be at a neighbors house making crafts for an hour? I want to make a little money and i figure 4 kids one hour a week would be $40 a week for doing what i like... what do you think?

  1. If I had kids, I would.
  2. Sure. That sounds like a good idea.....do you provide the materials?
  3. I like the idea but it seems kind of pricey. Just be sure to show what crafts are included and most parents would go for it. Hell, if I was a parent, you would have my child in a second.
  4. Heck yes!
  5. I SO would! I wish you were my neighbor!! I have 4 kids, I'd pay 20.00 a piece for one hour of quite!
  6. Personally I probably wouldn't just because I don't have that kind of money to spend being that I am a SAHM. Sounds like a cute idea. I have a place around me that does that for $8 and you can spend as long as you want. Good Luck!
  7. No I wouldnt I would have to bond with them making crafts isnt going to do anything with your kids.Your Kids and you will have to bond thats the only way to spend time with your children cause you have to go to work they gotta go to school you cook dinner while they play video games.Because that hour is the only time you 5 get to bond. That is your free time when your with your kids you have to guide them you never will know what your neibors will do to them your job is to protect them.Hope I helped.Sincerly.Kendra McVay. :)
  8. Yes!!!!! I wish you were my neighbor!!!!!
  9. yean i think that would be a good idea and the parents would get a keepsake
  10. I sure would..depending on how well I know you. I wouldn't let my kids go to a strangers house, but if we were well acquainted, absolutely.
  11. That sounds like a wonderful Idea. I would , that is a very good price and sounds like a great way to make some extra money....
  12. I think it is a great idea. You can also look into holding the activities at a Recreation center. I work at one for the county and a lot of independent activities are held there, like boy scouts and drama class. One of our rooms is only $15 and hour. Recreation centers are full of resources and parents might feel more comfortable if it is held outside your house. Just a suggestion in case you get a lot of kids. I’m sure you will.
  13. My 3 boys would ADORE you. They love glueing, cutting and coloring. I'd sign my boys up in a second. I would want to meet with you first and know what kind of craft they were doing so i could send them in old shirts or pants if they were painting or something. I'd also set up all up in a room close to the front door so parents can see it when they drop off their kid. I'm sure you can get lots of crafty stuff at the dollar store. Sounds like a great idea! Best wishes! =]
  14. where do you live? I'll be looking to buy a house down the street. Can you take him twice a week for an hour? I think it's a great idea.
  15. That sounds like a good idea!! So where do you live lol, just kidding. You might make it a hit. Good Luck
  16. sure but make sure you cover your costs. It is not the free time people are paying for but the craft their child will bring home
  17. My kids are grown now, but yes that would have been $10.00 well spent. God Bless.
  18. Great idea if you have the time. The kids will love it.
