what are some good crafts for kids?

I have to babysit all summer and I was wondering what I could do with them. They like to do crafts so I was wondering if any one has any good craft ideas for kids.

1. depend on the age of the kids many liek to just color ,paint, make things check your local craft shops on kids crafts
2. Crayola has 3-D sidewalk chalk that washes off with the hose or rain. Hours of fun ;)))
3. Kids like things that they can keep and show off that was easy to make. so i would say painting, coloring... you can get foam crafts and help them make a sign for their door or a thing to hang off their door knob (i have no idea what those are called) or decorate a foam visor or hat. (yes, let's go full out foam!!) you can get lots of decorating pieces (but not swallowable) cuz if they have more possibilities. you can let them decorate cupcakes or cookies.

5. get some fabric paints and some t-shirts or even some of their old shirts maybe and let them make their own designs on clothes they can wear and be proud of.

7. GO to a craft store or a hobby store and look around and see what you can find I am sure something will jump out at you. Try a few things and see what you like and you might find something that might make you a good extra income. good luck
8. use www.DTLK.com, they have alll kinds of crafts on there for you. I homeschool my son, & its 1 of the websites I use. Look up any & eveyrthing for homeschooling, & they have free printable crafts on them to use. Good luck
