What is the program that mails kids books and crafts each month?

When my oldest son was little I subscribed to a program that would mail him educational books and crafts each month, but I can't remember what it was called. Now my younger son is old enough, and I want to subscribe again.

1. Is it Highlights? Or do they even have that magazine anymore?
2. Is it Scholastic? I seem to remember something like that from the younger years.
3. Are you talking about the one Dolly Parton does? I am pretty sure i seen that comercial just a few days ago... Maybe try googling books from Dolly Parton.
4. We get 1 book a month from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (through United Way). I'm not sure if they send crafts, but I know they do books from the time the child is born until they reach age 5.
