Where would I find a sand candle arts and crafts?

My friend like arts and crafts and making a sand candle sounds interesting. Does anyone know where I can get that arts and crafts? Thanks!

2. Any craft / hobby store should be able to direct you. Here it would be Michael's or Beverly Fabrics. You can probably get step-by-step instructions off line, if you do a "how make make a sand candle" search.
