Will the sandcastles in Galveston still be up Sunday? Every year there is the A&E Graphics sandcastle competition in Galveston on Saturday. I didn't make it today, if I show up tomorrow will they still be intact? I'm guessing it depends on the surf... but if they are up I definitely want to make it down. Thanks!

What am I missing in Southern Maine? We are planning a trip in two weeks in Maine with two children(ages 3 and 6). Does Kelleys Island Have an actual Beach area? My husband and I wanted to take our 4 and 2 year old kids to the beach this summer but we didnt want to take them too far away so I was thinking about Lake Erie in Ohio. I read that Kelleys Island is nice but do they have an actual beach where kids can build sandcastles and stuff? Mostly it looked like it was more about boating and the beaches looked rocky.
